Who am I?

My nonlinear career has been shaped by a broad curiosity and a holistic, interdisciplinary approach, always driven by a deep fascination with human behaviour. At the core of my work lies a central question: What moves us as human beings?

I began as a physical performer, exploring the connection between body, mind, and emotion. This led me to study psycho-physiology, neuroscience, and psychosomatics while earning a BA in Performing Arts from La Sapienza University of Rome and an MA in Theatre Practice from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London. My work naturally evolved into coaching and leadership development, specialising in behavioural transformation, communication, and leadership.

Over time, I’ve worked with thousands of people (Landmark Worldwide, FITBANKER) across industries and backgrounds, specialising in transformational behavioural models, communication, psycholinguistics and leadership - with a keen focus on digital wellbeing.

My focus on human behaviour naturally brought me to technology, the most powerful mirror and amplifier of who we are. I co-founded The Coaching Body, a global platform for values-based leadership and conscious entrepreneurship, and later chaired an external Ethics Board, ensuring tech innovation prioritised human flourishing.

I co-created the first framework that integrates AI as a “third presence” in coaching sessions, making AI visible, ethical and actionable for helping professionals and practitioners, merging psychology with AI advancements. Beyond this, I designed AI literacy trainings and courses, supporting organisations and leadership to understand and adopt AI responsibly.

I’ve worked with startups, corporates, Fortune 500 companies and organisations across marketing, healthcare, creative industries, learning and development, education, etc., collaborating with experts across arts, social sciences, technology and leadership to bring an interdisciplinary perspective to human-AI interaction.

Through consulting, coaching, speaking and framework design, I help people and organisations to engage with AI consciously, cultivating awareness, critical thinking, empathy and integrity. My mission is to shape a future where AI amplifies human abilities, ethical leadership and deep connection - rather than replacing it.

Beyond my professional work, I lead Evolutionary Women Salons in London, creating transformative conversations for women’s empowerment. I’m passionate about art, nature, and holistic well-being, and I advocate for animal welfare. When I’m not working, you’ll find me hiking with my dogs, Zeya and Neva, reading, making pottery, or scuba-diving while on new adventures.
